Key Responsibilities (Plant-wise Focus):
1. Administrative Responsibilities:

- Set up office administration processes for the new plant (Noida / Varanasi / Neemrana).
- Procure and maintain office and plant equipment, supplies, and infrastructure.
- Maintain records for employees, assets, and administrative expenses.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers for plant requirements.
- Assist in organizing plant-level meetings, training, and events.

2. Accounting Responsibilities:

- Establish accounting processes and maintain books of accounts for the plant.
- Prepare and reconcile invoices, bills, and expense reports.
- Support payroll processing and statutory compliance (GST, TDS, PF, etc.).
- Generate financial reports and assist in monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing.
- Coordinate with auditors and plant leadership for financial audits.

3. Greenfield Project Specific Responsibilities:

- Set up operational systems and workflows at the new plant.
- Implement cost tracking and financial controls from day one.
- Assist plant leadership in budgeting, planning, and reporting.
- Act as the single point of contact for admin and accounting for the plant.

Skills & Competencies:

- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and accounting software (Tally, ERP, or similar).
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and establish new processes.
- Knowledge of statutory compliance, taxation, and payroll processes.

Qualifications:

- Graduate in Commerce / Business Administration or related field.
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in administration and accounting, preferably in

manufacturing or greenfield setups(Startup).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹27,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
