We are entering **metro city markets** and are seeking **enthusiastic sales agents** to help us build partnerships with **retailers, distributors, and businesses** for large-scale (B2B) sales.

**Role Overview**:
As a **Sales Agent**, you will be responsible for helping MyUrbanPack establish a strong presence in the metro city market by **bringing in B2B projects, bulk orders, and partnerships**. No prior experience is required—initial **training will be provided**.

**Responsibilities**:

- Approach and build relationships with **retailers, distributors, and corporate clients** in metro cities.
- Identify **business opportunities** and bring in **bulk orders or partnerships**.
- Promote MyUrbanPack’s products/services to potential **B2B buyers**.
- **Achieve sales targets** by generating leads and closing deals.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance and market opportunities.
- Act as the **local representative** for MyUrbanPack in the assigned metro market.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- **12th pass and above** (graduates welcome).
- Good **communication and convincing skills**.
- **Freshers welcome**—training will be provided.
- Willingness to **work in the field and travel locally**.
- **Goal-oriented** with the ability to meet targets.
- Must be **comfortable talking to retailers, shop owners, and businesses**.
