**JOB DESCRIPTION FOR THE WEB DESIGNER(MID-LEVEL)**

**Job Requirements**
- 3+ years of Work experience as a Senior Web Designer (Artistic)
- Expertise in (asp.NET /HTML/CSS/JavaScript/JQuery)
- Expertise in Adobe Photoshop.
- Experience in Graphic designing.
- Bachelors in computer science or MCA, or significant equivalent experience.
- In-depth knowledge of web design and maintenance
- Expertise in search engine functions and optimization (SEO/SEM)

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Work with marketing product managers to customize online marketing campaigns and organize and manage all online marketing collateral.
- Expert in Photoshop, CSS, and HTML.
- Design, create and maintain web content to meet marketing requirements using Asp. NET.
- Craft solutions for layout and styling issues across multiple browsers and mobile devices.
- Work with IT to ensure backend processes to and from the website transition smoothly.
- Collaborate with an editorial on online companion resources.
- Design, create and optimize graphic content for social media, online ads, and website use.
- Research, purchase, and customize stock photography to reflect the marketing message.
- Create, facilitate and document testing of web development, and offer on-demand web maintenance, content management, and technical support.
- Mentor junior designers in weekly one-on-one advanced design concepts coaching sessions and provide feedback on practice assignments.

**Qualification and Skills**:
1. Degree in CS, IT or MCA, or any other relevant degree.

2. Overall, 80% of marks in total from school to college are required.

3. 3 years of experience in Web Development using ASP.NET,

4. 3 years of experience in HTML/XHTML and CSS

5. Should be Artistic and should include your work for the last company along with your CV(mandatory).

6. Strong ability to design with accessibility in mind.

7. A strong visual and technical portfolio.

8. Ability to work independently and in collaboration with others

**Education**:

- Bachelors in CS/IT engineering / MCA(preferred)

**Experience**:

- Web Designer Asp.Net: 3 years (preferred)
- HTML/XHTML:3 years (preferred)
- CSS: 2 years (Preferred

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month+ incentives. There will be a 10% salary increment every 6 months after achieving monthly goals.

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
- Quarterly bonus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
