Preparation and review of Various quality system manuals as per ISO 9001, ASME, ASME Nuclear Code and other international standards Monitoring of jobs as per process card- Conversant with various codes and standards- Coordination and conduct of various review meeting such as RCA, QIM, MRM- Data Analysis and presentation to senior management- Coordination for audits with customers, external agencies (DNV, NABL, ASME, TUV, Chinese, IBR, etc) and internal customer- Knowledge in calibration of M&TE, destructive testing (mechanical, chemical and metallography) Conversant with NABL requirements.- Submission of Final document- Coordination and conduct of internal audit as per ISO 9001.- QC Experience in Fabrication and welding of Pressure vessel/Heat Exchanger/Columns/Reactors.- Exposure in use of various metrology instruments, including optical instruments- Qualified and certified in ASNT Level II in PT, VT, MT ,UT,RT- ASME Sec VIII related to Fabrication, Welding and Testing- Knowledge in ASME Code material and certificates review (ASME Sec II)- Coordination with Vendors, approval of vendor related documents like QAP, various test procedures- Hands on Experience for working at Sites (Domestic/International)
