**Job Title**: Photographer & Cinematographer

**Location**: Pune (On-site)

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Photography & Cinematography**:

- Capture stunning photographs and cinematic-quality videos that align with the company’s branding and visual standards.
- Plan and execute both on-location and studio shoots, ensuring lighting, angles, and other elements are optimized for quality.
- Use creative techniques to enhance storytelling through visual content.
- Handle equipment such as cameras, drones, stabilizers, and lighting tools for quality productions.
- **Editing & Post-Production**:

- Edit and retouch photos and videos to achieve the desired look and feel, including color correction, adding effects, and quality enhancements.
- Deliver edited content within set timelines and ensure it meets branding standards.
- **Content Management**:

- Organize and maintain an archive of photo and video assets for future use.
- Keep equipment in top condition, ready for shoots.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with marketing and content teams to ensure visual content aligns with brand messaging and campaign goals.
- Contribute creative ideas and participate in brainstorming sessions to drive campaign success.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proven experience (1+ years) as a Photographer & Cinematographer.
- Proficiency in photography and cinematography with a strong understanding of composition, lighting, and color grading.
- Skilled in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and Adobe Photoshop.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with lighting equipment, drones, and stabilizers.
- Familiarity with creating social media content and understanding platform-specific requirements.
- Must have experience with podcast shooting, reels shooting.
- Ownership of a camera is preferred, especially models such as Sony A7 Mark 4 with a Sigma 28-70 mm lens.

Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
