**Housekeeping Management**:

- Supervise day-to-day housekeeping activities across all hospital areas (wards, ICUs, OTs, OPDs, etc.).
- Ensure cleanliness, sanitation, and disinfection protocols are followed.
- Monitor cleaning schedules and assign duties to staff.
- Conduct routine inspections to maintain hygiene standards.

**2. Biomedical Waste (BMW) Management**:

- Ensure proper segregation, collection, labeling, and storage of biomedical waste as per **CPCB/BMW 2016 guidelines**.
- Train housekeeping staff on safe handling and disposal practices.
- Coordinate with authorized waste disposal vendors.
- Maintain BMW logs, transport records, and compliance documents.

**3. Maintenance Coordination**:

- Report electrical, plumbing, and infrastructure issues to the maintenance team.
- Assist in coordinating basic repairs and ensure timely follow-up.
- Ensure public and patient areas are maintained in good condition.

**4. Staff Supervision & Training**:

- Monitor attendance, performance, and discipline of housekeeping staff.
- Conduct regular briefings and on-the-job training sessions.
- Address grievances and ensure staff adhere to hospital policies and procedures.

**5. Documentation & Compliance**:

- Maintain cleaning checklists, BMW records, and daily reports.
- Ensure compliance with infection control policies, NABH standards (if applicable), and safety protocols.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Shift availability:

- Day Shift (preferred)
