**About the Department**

The BLUE TRIANGLE FAMILY GUEST HOUSE at YWCA DELHI offers a selection of 43 beautifully furnished rooms, equipped with all modern amenities. There are 35 Standard Double Rooms, 2 executive Suites and 2 family suites (4 Bedded) plus 2 Dormitory (6 bedded). The warm and inviting ambience, naturally bright, spacious and airy rooms are designed to ensure a relaxed and comfortable stay for the guests.

It also offers Conference rooms with a capacity of 25-45 persons for meetings and an Auditorium with a capacity of 200 persons for seminars & events.

**Job Summary**:
Supervising and maintaining rooms and public spaces clean and sanitary for guests. Ensuring that guests have a clean and home-away-from-home experience while as guest at the hotel. To consistently offer professional, service, Ensuring that housekeeping standards are maintained at all times and updating the stock records. Timely response to guests' special requests for miscellaneous items like extra towels, etc. To assist the HOD in the maintenance of Guest House.

**Responsibilities**
- Ensure a high level of customer service at all times
- Supervising all housekeeping and maintenance duties
- Preparing Duty Rosters, Requisitions, check-lists
- Maintaining Registers (Housekeeping, Linen, Stock, Assets)
- Supervising cleanliness / maintenance
- Stock and maintain housekeeping supply rooms
- Assist guests with requests
- Report any damages or repairs needed to management
- Report all lost and found items to the HOD.

**Qualification and Skills**
- Graduate (Preferably a graduate in Hospitality industry)
- Atleast 5 years experience as a Housekeeper
- Must have the ability to communicate effectively with guests, co-workers and managers
- Experience in handling and maintaining stock registers
- Experience of resolving grievances of guests
- Customer focused and motivated team Player
- Experience with Computer usage, MS-Excel, MS-Office

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
