Content Creation and Management:

- Assisting in the creation of social media content (text, images, videos) across various platforms.
- Developing and maintaining content calendars to schedule posts.
- Ideating and brainstorming new content ideas.
- Creating engaging social media captions and copy.
- Collaborating with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency.
- May involve basic graphic design or video editing tasks.

Engagement and Community Management:

- Monitoring social media channels for comments, messages, and mentions.
- Responding to audience inquiries and engaging with followers.
- Fostering a positive and engaging online community.

Performance Analysis and Reporting:

- Tracking and analyzing social media performance metrics (engagement, reach, etc.).
- Generating reports on campaign performance and identifying areas for improvement.
- Staying updated on the latest social media trends and best practices.
- Researching and identifying relevant social media trends.

Collaboration and Support:

- Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and implement social media strategies.
- Assisting with social media campaigns and promotions.
- Supporting the marketing team at events, both online and offline.
- May involve assisting with influencer marketing campaigns.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,086.00 - ₹40,328.58 per month

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus
