**Taazaa** is looking for someone passionate about visual design. Someone who understands the art of designing delightful solutions. If you love creating pixel-perfect beautiful designs then we would love to work with you.

You would be a part of a focused creative team and help impact millions of lives positively. Also, your work will involve solving the complex UI/UX problems. You shall also be responsible for the ownership/co-ownership of the creating Designs from scratch, design system and the corresponding UI Assets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design visually appealing user interfaces for a range of digital products viz. Desktop, Tablet, Mobile including typography and asset management.
- Communicate well to listen and understand needs to make projects successful.
- Take feedback and rapidly prototype visual designs.
- Interact with and influencing team members and business partners at all levels.
- Work with clients to refine designs and secure final approval for production.
- Design elegant user experiences (Interfaces and Interactions).
- Create products that resonate on an emotional level - using human insights as a source of inspiration to solve complex problems.
- Conceptualize and create illustrations, icons, and micro interactions from scratch.
- Create Pixel perfect designs.
- Create user personas, user flows, wireframes, mood boards, style-guide.
- Work closely with the development team to get the design output.

**Must Have**:

- Good knowledge of color theory and visual design principles.
- obsessive about pixel-level perfection of design.
- **Have excellence in written and oral English communication**:

- Self-motivation, excellent communication, an open mind, the ability to thrive in multidisciplinary teams, and the skills to balance the great design.
- Undying love for collaboration and learning with a fearless and positive attitude.

**Technical Skillsets Required**
- 3-5 years relevant professional work experience.
- Proficiency in Visual Design, UX Design, Micro Interactions.
- Experience using Figma, Adobe CC, Sketch App.
