**Description**

**Job Role & Responsibilities**:

- Assist in preparing the OT and surgical equipment.
- Support surgeons and nursing staff during procedures.
- Ensure patient safety and comfort in the OT environment.
- Maintain sterile conditions and assist with the sterilization of equipment.
- Prepare the operating room with necessary instruments, equipment, and sterile supplies.
- Assist surgical teams during procedures by passing instruments and handling equipment.
- Maintain aseptic techniques to ensure a sterile surgical environment.
- Ensure proper functioning of surgical equipment and report any malfunctions.
- Transport and position patients safely before and after surgery.
- Assist in cleaning and sterilizing instruments and the operating room post-surgery.
- Maintain accurate records of supplies and surgical procedures.
- Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, and anesthetists for smooth workflow.
- Monitor patients' vital signs during procedures, if required.
- Adhere to hospital protocols and safety standards at all times.
