**Research & Development Support**:

- Assist in the design and execution of R&D experiments and studies for new drug formulations, delivery systems, and dosage forms.
- Contribute to the development and optimization of formulation processes for new pharmaceutical products.
- Conduct stability studies, batch preparation, and scale-up processes under the guidance of senior R&D staff.
- **Technical Documentation & Reporting**:

- Prepare detailed experimental reports, progress updates, and scientific documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
- Support the preparation of documentation required for regulatory submissions (IND, NDA, etc.).
- Maintain accurate records of all experimental procedures, results, and analysis in compliance with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- **Data Analysis & Interpretation**:

- Analyze experimental data to draw conclusions and make recommendations for improvements in formulations and processes.
- Utilize analytical tools and techniques (e.g., HPLC, GC, FTIR) to characterize drug substances and formulations.
- **Collaboration & Coordination**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as regulatory affairs, quality assurance, and manufacturing to ensure smooth transition of projects from R&D to commercial production.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions, project meetings, and discussions on new product development and process optimization.
- **Regulatory Compliance**:

- Ensure that all research and development activities comply with relevant regulatory guidelines (e.g., FDA, EMA, ICH).
- Support the preparation and submission of documentation for regulatory approvals.
- **Continuous Learning & Development**:

- Stay updated with the latest advancements in pharmaceutical R&D, technologies, and industry trends.
- Participate in internal and external training, workshops, and seminars to continuously improve technical expertise and professional skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
