Asst Merchant

**Description**

DESCRIPTION: The Assistant Merchant supports the Merchant/Leader in delivering the volume
and growth expectations of a book of business, through comprehensive
expert in areas including, but not exclusive of, assortment details, SKU
Management and reporting needs.
including, but not limited to: system utilization, data entry and assortment
documents
Manages assortment data in the MAT tool, tracks changes and maintains accuracy
throughout milestones to ensure deliverables are met
Maintains assortment sheets and other documents based on changes and
updates made to systems
Supporting Monday reporting based on business needs.
Builds relationships with cross functional partners to facilitate exchange of
information, best practices, and excellent execution of assortment strategy
updates
Assists with design and production coordination
Consistently demonstrates open mindedness and problem-solving skills

**Qualifications**

QUALIFICATIONS/
EXPERIENCE:
1-2 years Retail experience preferred
Availability 12:30-9:30 PM IST and flexibility during milestone timing
Open minded and strong attention to detail
Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities
Excellent communication, prioritization and problem-solving skills
Ability to be a team player and to foster a commitment to teamwork among
associates
Proficiency with some/all of the following systems preferred: Microsoft Excel, MSI
(Microstrategy), SAP
EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
