**Job Title**: Quality Assistant **Job title**: Quality Assistant **Your role**: - Administer learning assignments by using the standardized training administration processes - Create, Manage and Maintain Standardized Roles in the Learning Management System - Deploy learning requirements and assign to the correct learning audiences as defined by Business Process Owners - Test and review each learning before deployment of assignment - Ensure that learning content is controlled and access to make changes is managed - Ensure that managers assign the correct training profiles to all individual employees based on job requirement profiles - Provide support to learners on using the Learning Management System - Report on training compliance and training-related KPIs. - Ensures latest revision level documents & records are uploaded to SharePoint site(s) - Timely distribution of latest revision level QMS documents & records to all appropriate users and ensures that obsolete documentation is removed from distribution publication." - Issues document numbers and maintains document registers. - Ensures proper document classification, sorting, filing and proper archiving. - Reviews correct formatting and completeness of documentation and prepares document transmittals. - Assist content owners to Create or update local MS-QMS documents. **You're the right fit if**: (4 x bullets max) 1. Experience.: 3-5years of experience prefer (Healthcare and medical industries) 2. Skills - QMS, Document controls, TEDS training co-ordination 3. Education - Any Engineering degree prefer Biomedical, E&E, Mechanical 4.
