**About This Role**

**What You Will Be Doing**
- Respond to inbound inquiries about programs listed on Cialfo (Students/Parents) and counselors.
- Stay up-to-date with programmes and university profiles of the allocated university network region.
- Contribute in developing and adopting processes to build data to manage student success on Cialfo and CRM.
- Work closely with the Growth and Marketing team to identify and stay on top of industry trends and new students' opportunities.

- Qualifications
- At least bachelor's degree.
- Skills & Qualities
- Flexibility with regards to working times given the global nature of the team and clients.
- An understanding of universities' academic programs and admissions processes is a plus.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent active listening skills.
- Salesforce proficient.
- An energy that is ignited through daily client engagement.
- A winning attitude which you use to drive outcomes.
- Fantastic communication and consulting skills - the ability to collaborate with clients to uncover how they define success.
- Excellent coaching, writing, discovery, and presentation skills.
- Comfortable and willing to be a hands-on contributor.
