**Responsibilities**
- Handle inbound and outbound calls for US travel destinations or Spanish travel destinations.
- Provide excellent customer service by understanding customer needs and offering suitable travel options.
- Promote and sell travel packages, including flights, accommodations, tours, and additional services.
- Stay updated on current travel trends, airline policies, and destination information.
- Assist customers with booking changes, cancellations, and other travel-related inquiries.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Follow up with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Stay informed about industry developments and actively participate in training programs to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.

**Requirements**:

- Fluent in English and Spanish (for Spanish Travel Sales role).
- Previous experience in sales, preferably in the travel industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent customer service and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Familiarity with travel booking systems and online travel platforms.
- Knowledge of popular US travel destinations or Spanish travel destinations is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
