**Job Opportunity - Draftsman (Pre-stressed Concrete)**

**Location: Attur, Salem DT, Tamilnadu.**

**Plus Max Group of Companies**is looking for experienced Draftsmen with strong knowledge in Pre-Stressed Concrete Works to join our team for an upcoming Medical College Construction Project. This is an opportunity to contribute to a prestigious project aimed at building infrastructure that serves the betterment of society.

**Positions Available**:

- Minimum 2 Draftsmen

**Experience Requirements**:

- Strong knowledge of Pre-Stressed Concrete Design And Detailing.
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant Drafting Experience in precast or pre-stressed projects.
- Hands-on experience with AutoCAD / relevant Drafting Software.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare detailed drawings and shop drawings for pre-stressed and precast elements.
- Work closely with design engineers and project managers to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Modify and update drawings as required during construction.
- Ensure all drafting work follows industry codes and project specifications.
- Coordinate with site teams to resolve technical discrepancies.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering, Drafting, or related field.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (Revit or other structural software knowledge is an advantage).
- Previous experience in Institutional Or Medical Building Projects will be an added advantage.
