The opportunity: Will be to Assist the Marketing and Communications team to manage the company’s marketing technology platform, enhancing productivity and insights through analytics and dashboard maintenance, and continually improving the interactions with clients/ customers. Driving and promoting multiple successful social entertainment brands across the globe.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Strategic responsibilities:
- Monitoring of competitor campaigns and creating monthly competition reports.
- To be up-to-date with new technologies and marketing trends
- Working in conjunction with other marketing teams, project management and implement the launch campaigns to external customers to increase brand awareness, relevant differentiation, value, accessibility and connection.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and liaise with the Corporate Marketing Office teams to effectively execute & deploy campaigns across regions as well as implement best practice campaigns from other regions.
- Build strong business relationships to understand business objectives and delivering campaigns to local markets.
- Optimize and improve the marketing process for the marketing team.
2. Functional responsibilities:
- Maintaining all company marketing collateral including content on the website, capability brochures, company stats, standard presentations and so forth.
- Maintain marketing calendar and ensure deadlines are met
- Edit, proofread and improve content
- Assist in collateral building requirements
- Come up with ideas/suggestions for enhancing web/social media presence
- Coordination of all creative resources for a project, including strategy & planning team, designers, writers, and other agency personnel
- Researching competitive products by identifying and evaluating product characteristics, market share, pricing, and advertising; maintaining research databases
- Continually improve upon our event management platform across the business, providing tools, resources, advice and best practice with executors of such events.
- Assist and implement campaign platforms for complex internal and external, multi-layered, multi-audience campaigns.
- Implement targeted product and brand marketing campaigns.
- Monitor and uphold the quality and consistency of the company’s marketing and communications outputs.
- Stakeholder management with external suppliers
To qualify for the role, you must have:
- Preferably 2 + Years In Marketing operations/brand management.
- MBA / PG equivalent to MBA
- Any other Media/ communications course would be a plus.
- Basic knowledge about social media/ SEO/ SEM/ Google Analytics
- Excellent oral and communications skills.

- Strong organizational skills, a demonstrated capacity to work to deadlines and ability to forward plan.
- Ability to manage multiple, multi-layered projects, prioritise, and manage stakeholder expectations
- You are self-motivated, proactive, enthusiastic and positive.
- Proficiency in Adobe CS Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro and Acrobat) is a plus.
- Initiative, creativity and willingness to implement improvements to current systems and processes.
You will earn brownie points if you have:
- Assist and implement campaign platforms for complex internal and external, multi-layered, multi-audience campaigns.
- Implement targeted product and brand marketing campaigns.
- Monitor and uphold the quality and consistency of the company’s marketing and communications outputs.
- Have experience in amplifying campaigns and keywords through digital mediums
