**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a creative and skilled **3D Designer** who is proficient in **Blender**, has working knowledge of **AI-based design tools**, and can perform basic image editing in **Photoshop**. You will be responsible for designing high-quality 3D assets that align with project goals across various media—ranging from product design and marketing visuals to digital content creation.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and develop 3D assets using **Blender** (modeling, shading, lighting, and rendering)
- Utilize **AI tools** to assist in ideation, concept generation, and texture creation
- Perform basic image clean-up, background removal, and editing using **Photoshop**:

- Collaborate with graphic designers, animators, and project managers to meet creative requirements
- Maintain design consistency across projects while exploring innovative 3D styles and techniques
- Optimize 3D models for different outputs (web, video, AR/VR, print)

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in **Blender** (portfolio required)
- Familiarity with **AI tools** like Midjourney, DALL-E, or Runway ML for creative ideation or design support
- Basic proficiency in **Adobe Photoshop**:

- Strong understanding of form, color, and texture
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and strong visual storytelling skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
