**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Content Creation & Management**:

- Assist in creating engaging posts, stories, and reels for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest.
- Write creative and catchy captions aligned with brand messaging.
- **Social Media Strategy**:

- Research trending hashtags and topics to increase brand visibility.
- Schedule and manage content calendars under the supervision of the Social Media Manager.
- **Engagement**:

- Respond to comments and messages promptly to enhance customer interaction.
- Monitor audience feedback and suggest improvements.
- **Analytics**:

- Track performance metrics (likes, shares, reach, etc.) for posts and campaigns.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on analytics.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work with the design team to develop visually appealing content.
- Coordinate with the fashion team to highlight new collections and trends.
- **Market Research**:

- Analyze competitors’ social media activities and suggest innovative ideas for improvement.

**Qualifications**:

- Pursuing or completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms and trends.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools is a plus.
- A creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with women’s ethnic wear or fashion trends is an added advantage.
