**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- OET training and coaching for all modules through a structured training program (practice and instructional material to be provided by institution)
- Monitor training needs of students to identify gaps and address them as deemed appropriate
- Teaching grammar to students as deemed necessary
- Assess training effectiveness to ensure incorporation of taught skills with weekly mock tests
- Stay abreast of new trends and and tools in ELT methodologies
- Keep attendance and other records (results of mock tests, maintaining repository of teaching materials)
- Conduct seminars, workshops, and individual training sessions
- Conduct student evaluations to identify areas of improvement and maintain records

**Trainer Requirements**:

- TESOL/TEFL/CELTA certificate a pre-requisite to apply.
- Understanding of effective ELT methodologies
- Organizational and time management skills
- Willingness to keep abreast of new techniques in OET training and virtual classroom
**Location**:

- Himalaya House, Connaught Place, New Delhi, Delhi - 110001

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- New Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Teaching: 1 year (preferred)
