**Inventory Management**:

- Ensure proper inventory control, including accurate stock counts and timely stock updates.
- Conduct regular inventory audits to identify discrepancies or shortages.
- Maintain stock levels and reorder products as necessary.
- **Warehouse Operations**:

- Oversee the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.
- Ensure the proper organization of products within the warehouse to maximize space and improve accessibility.
- Coordinate with suppliers and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries.
- Monitor the loading and unloading of shipments.
- **Team Management**:

- Lead, supervise, and train warehouse staff, ensuring they perform their duties efficiently.
- Assign tasks and set goals for the warehouse team.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and operational standards.
- Conduct performance evaluations and address any staffing issues.
- **Health and Safety Compliance**:

- Implement safety measures and ensure that the warehouse operates in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Regularly inspect the warehouse for hazards and take corrective actions as necessary.
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and disposal of hazardous materials (if applicable).
- **Process Optimization**:

- Identify opportunities for process improvement to increase operational efficiency and reduce costs.
- Implement best practices for warehouse management and inventory control.
- Manage warehouse layout and organization to improve workflow.
- **Record Keeping & Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of inventory, orders, shipments, and returns.
- Generate and analyze reports related to stock levels, dispatch timelines, and any issues or delays.
- Provide reports to senior management on warehouse performance, inventory status, and other relevant metrics.
- **Customer Service**:

- Address customer inquiries or issues related to the delivery or condition of products.
- Ensure that orders are processed and shipped accurately and on time.
- Handle returns and damaged goods as per company policies.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Education**: A bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field is often preferred.
- **Experience**: Prior experience in warehouse management, inventory control, or logistics is usually required.
- **Skills**:

- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and other relevant software.
- Knowledge of safety and compliance regulations.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Good communication skills for interacting with team members, suppliers, and customers.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:
