Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct regular visits to clients within the assigned territory to promote our products/services and secure sales. 2. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. 3. Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, networking, and referrals. 4. Understanding customer needs and providing appropriate solutions by presenting product features, benefits, and pricing. 5. Collaborating with the sales team to develop strategies for achieving sales targets and maximizing revenue growth. 6. Keeping abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to effectively position our offerings in the marketplace. 7. Providing accurate and timely sales reports, forecasts, and updates to management. 8. Participating in sales meetings, training sessions, and industry events to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.

Skill:
1. Communication Skills: Effective verbal communication is essential for building rapport with clients, understanding their needs, and articulating the benefits of the products or services being sold. 2. Interpersonal Skills: Building client relationships requires empathy, patience, and connecting with people from diverse backgrounds. 3. Time Management: Field Sales Executives often have demanding schedules, so effective time management skills are essential for prioritizing tasks, managing appointments, and maximizing productivity. 4. Negotiation Skills: Negotiating terms, prices, and contracts is vital for closing deals and maximizing profitability. 5. Problem-Solving Abilities: Inevitably, challenges and obstacles will arise during the sales process. A good Field Sales Executive can think creatively and adapt to overcome these hurdles. 6. Organization Skills: Keeping track of leads, maintaining accurate records, and following up with clients requires strong organizational skills to stay on top of multiple tasks simultaneously. 7. Analytical Skills: Being able to analyze sales data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions can help optimize sales strategies and maximize results.

8. Presentation Skills: Whether giving formal presentations or pitching products on the fly, the ability to deliver compelling and persuasive presentations is essential for closing deals. 9. Team Player: While much of the work may be done independently, collaborating with colleagues in marketing, customer service, and other departments is often necessary to support the sales process and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's / master’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). 2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively negotiate with clients. 3. Self-motivated and target-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team. 4. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. 6. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
