**About the Role**: We're seeking a highly motivated Education Counselor to join our dynamic team. As an Education Counselor, you'll play a crucial role in guiding students towards their academic aspirations by providing personalized counseling and support.

**Responsibilities**:

- Convert leads into qualified students through effective communication and relationship building.
- Conduct in-depth data calls to understand students' educational needs and goals.
- Provide comprehensive information about our educational programs and offerings.
- Advise students on course selection, career paths, and admission processes.
- Address student inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Track student progress and provide ongoing support.
- Collaborate with the admissions team to ensure a smooth enrollment process.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in education counseling or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of the education landscape and admission requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport with students and parents.
- Proven track record of successfully converting leads into enrollments.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Passion for helping students achieve their academic goals.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:
