**Position Overview**

**Key Responsibilities:Collections**:

- **Monitor customer outstanding and follow up for timely collections.**:

- **Coordinate with the sales and dispatch team for invoice clarity and delivery confirmations.**:

- **Regularly communicate with customers regarding due payments and resolve any disputes.**:

- **Maintain and update records of collection efforts and commitments.**:

- **Prepare aging reports and share updates with senior management.**:
**MIS (Management Information System)**:

- **Prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports related to receivables, cash flow, and sales.**:

- **Reconcile customer accounts and ensure accuracy in financial data.**:

- **Track payment performance vs. targets and analyze collection trends.**:

- **Assist in month-end closing activities and reporting.**:

- **Provide data support for audits and internal controls.**

**Qualifications**:

- **Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com).**:

- **Master’s degree (M.Com / MBA Finance) preferred.**:

- **Sound knowledge of accounting principles and GST.**:

- **Experience in working with ERP systems (SAP, Tally, Oracle, etc.).**

**Key Skills Required**:

- **Strong communication and negotiation skills.**:

- **Good analytical and problem-solving ability.**:

- **Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Dashboards, etc.).**:

- **Familiarity with billing, invoicing, and reconciliation processes.**:

- **Attention to detail and organizational skills.**:

- **Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,710.94 - ₹25,935.24 per month
