SG Gurukul, a leading digital marketing agency in Indore, is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Digital Marketing Trainer who has one or more year of experience in same field to join our team. As a Digital Marketing Trainer, you will be responsible for designing and delivering comprehensive training programs to students, professionals, and corporate clients, equipping them with the knowledge and skills required to excel in the field of digital marketing. This position offers an exciting opportunity to share your expertise, contribute to the growth of aspiring marketers, and make a meaningful impact in the industry.**Must give one year to organization**

**Responsibilities**:

- Create training materials, presentations, and resources such as case studies, exercises, and assessments to support the learning objectives and cater to different learning styles.
- Tailor training programs to meet the specific needs and skill levels of different audience groups, including students, professionals, and corporate clients.
- Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing, and incorporate relevant industry insights and examples into training content.
- Provide hands-on practical exercises, demonstrations, and real-world examples to reinforce theoretical concepts and facilitate active learning.
- Assess the progress and performance of trainees through quizzes, assignments, and practical projects, providing constructive feedback and guidance for improvement.
- Offer one-on-one mentoring and support to trainees, addressing their questions, challenges, and career aspirations in digital marketing.
- Collaborate with the admissions team to promote digital marketing training programs, conduct informational sessions, and recruit students and participants.
- Maintain accurate records of training attendance, feedback, and outcomes, and generate reports to track training effectiveness and success metrics.
- Continuously evaluate and update training materials and curriculum to ensure relevance, effectiveness, and alignment with industry standards and emerging trends.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, with at least [X] years of hands-on experience in executing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Demonstrated experience in training, teaching, or mentoring individuals or groups in digital marketing concepts, strategies, and tools.
- Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
