Marathi Typist

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Real Estate Document Typing**:

- Type and transcribe property agreements, sale/purchase documents, lease agreements, and other legal real estate documents from handwritten or digital sources into Marathi.
- Ensure all documents are accurately typed and follow the required formatting guidelines.
- **Property Listings & Brochures**:

- Create property listings in Marathi for real estate advertisements, websites, or brochures.
- Convert property details into clear, concise, and attractive Marathi descriptions for various platforms.
- **Data Entry**:

- Input real estate data into systems, including property details, client information, and transaction records in Marathi.
- Ensure accurate entry of all real estate data in a timely manner.
- **Document Editing & Proofreading**:

- Review and edit real estate documents for spelling, grammar, and formatting errors in Marathi.
- Ensure documents comply with legal requirements and company standards.
- **Real Estate Terms and Knowledge**:

- Familiarize yourself with real estate terminology, legal jargon, and market trends to ensure correct usage in all documents.
- Maintain a glossary of frequently used real estate terms in Marathi for consistency across documents.
- **Client Communication**:

- Communicate with clients or internal teams to clarify document requirements or obtain missing information.
- Assist in preparing real estate documents for clients in Marathi as per their needs.
- **Confidentiality & Security**:

- Maintain the confidentiality of all real estate and client information.
- Ensure that sensitive documents and transactions are handled with the highest level of security.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Minimum 10+2 or equivalent. Additional courses or certifications in typing or secretarial work are a plus.
- **Language Proficiency**: Excellent command of written Marathi, with a deep understanding of its grammar, punctuation, and style.
- **Typing Speed**: Minimum typing speed of [X] words per minute in Marathi.
- **Experience**: Previous experience as a typist, data entry operator, or in the real estate industry is preferred.
- **Software Skills**: Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and other relevant office software. Knowledge of real estate management software is a plus.
- **Attention to Detail**: Strong attention to detail and the ability to accurately transcribe and proofread documents.
- **Communication Skills**: Good communication skills for liaising with clients and internal teams.

**Desirable Skills**:

- Knowledge of real estate laws and terminology.
- Familiarity with digital marketing or content creation for real estate.
- Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- High level of organizational skills.
- Typing Speed of 70wpm Mandatory.
- Previous work experience of Real Estate is Mandatory.
