**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
**Job Title-** Management Researcher & Expert
**Job details-** The “Management Researcher - Expert” conducts in-depth research and analysis to create high-quality academic content for international clients from countries like the US, UK, Australia, Germany, Singapore, and more. This role offers valuable exposure to global education systems and academic standards.
**Roles and Responsibilities**:
- Analyzing and understanding the customer’s requirements.
- Conducting good research on customer’s demand.
- Following the guidelines provided by the customer or reporting manager.
- Deliver quality content with No-Plagiarism.
- Completing work within the given deadlines.
- Following the rules and regulations of the company.
- Maintaining a good environment in the office.
- Addressing the changes or revisions as per the need of the customer
**Skills Required**:
- Excellent communication and Interpersonal skills.
- Magnificent on English Grammar.
- Good command on Office365.
- Outstanding multi-tasking skills.
- Ability to handle pressure
- Ability to research on the internet.
**Eligibility-**
- **Qualification**: B.COM, BBA, MBA,M.COM
- **Job type**: Full time [WFO]
- **Shift**:Day shift
- 10 AM - 6 PM
- **Work days**:6 days Monday - Saturday
- **Salary**: Up to 2.5 LPA + Laptop allowance 700/- + Incentives (variable)
- **Benefits**: Group health allowance of 2 lacs
- **Office Location**: 2nd Floor, Laxmi Plaza, above Fine Foods, Next to Gaikwad Petrol Pump, Aundh Pune
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹13,754.59 - ₹22,000.00 per month
