**Job Description: Student Counselor**

**Location**: Kozhikode
**Salary**: ₹12,000 - ₹20,000 per month (plus attractive incentives)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide personalized counseling to students interested in studying abroad, understanding their academic goals, preferences, and eligibility.
- Assist students in selecting suitable universities, colleges, and programs based on their profiles.
- Stay updated on study abroad programs, university requirements, and visa regulations for different countries.
- Maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and international education partners.
- Conduct follow-ups with potential leads and convert them into successful enrollments.
- Participate in educational fairs, webinars, and events to promote study abroad programs.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Master’s degree preferred).
- **Experience in study abroad counseling is highly preferred.**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems is a plus.
- Positive attitude and a passion for helping students achieve their dreams.
