2 to 5 yrs of relevant experience of having worked on first cut, layout drawings, elevations & GFC with Architecture & interior Designing firms on commercial projects.
- Diploma/Degree in Interior Designing/Architecture from a reputed college; preferably a full time course.
- Proficient in A-CAD / MS office / E-mail communication.
- Should have excellent communication skills & capability of coordinating with clients, consultants, Contractors & Vendors.
- Well versed with Project Planning, measurement checking. Should have presentation skills.
- Understanding client requirements and interfacing between client and departments within the organization.
- Daily Manpower arrange & handling.
- Daily data maintain to material received & Quantity checking.
- Take the measurements for all Project Work.
- Ensure that project is completed in stipulated time.
- To understand the technical requirements of the work and be able to explain the same to others
- Continuously see & check to all labour work.
- Meeting with Client, Vendors & contractors.
- Preparation of project budget and managing the project without cost overrun.
- Undertaking the planning, monitoring, controlling & evaluation of the whole project.
- Ability to manage minor changes on site.
- Communicate with the client, client billing and follow up with other agencies involved in the project.
- To focus on waste reduction.
- Prepare interim and final reports and submit to the client and to the management as well.
- Handing over the project and obtaining completion certificate.
- Ability to work as a part of a team, Site experience.
- Should have preferably worked on designing interiors for high end premium Villas Residential / commercial / hospitality projects, retail stores, shopping malls, 3 to 5 star hotels, high end restaurants etc.
- Know
- how of international furniture brands must.
- Should be open to travelling Pan India.
