Working on Marketing queries, preparation of estimation drawing from design deptt, Offer ,getting approval and sending to Customer
- Working for all outside & inside communication ( Receiving / Giving &action on communication.
- Getting enquires from customer’s, sending offers and achieving monthly order target.
- Responding on customer’s queries for order taking.
- Looking for new customer’s daily for getting enquired.
- Analysing customers architectural drawing /requirements and converting in QRF format, sending QRF to designer to get proposal drawing and BOQ
- Ensuring order execution through plant /factory in time.
- Ensuring payment from customer’s in time and maintaining cash flow of project
- Knowledge /expertise about marketing system, getting enquires, preparing quote /offer, interacting with outside world, customers, if required going outside for meeting customer, vendors etc.
