**Key requisites-- Basic computer skills, GDS Knowledge [GALILEO, AMADEUS],** Good communication skills, Desire to full fill the customer needs to provide them a good price.

KEY RESPONSIBLITIES- Handling the ticketing operations and tour package booking, finding the best deals to provide our customers and travel agents, ensuring customer satisfaction. Handling cancellations requests.
