Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- **Curriculum Development**: Create and update training materials, including presentations, hands-on exercises, and case studies, to cover essential AI/ML topics.
- **Training Delivery**: Conduct engaging training sessions, workshops, and labs that introduce participants to AI/ML concepts, algorithms, and tools such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
- **Assessment & Feedback**: Evaluate participant understanding through assessments and provide constructive feedback to foster growth and improvement.
- **Industry Trends**: Keep abreast of the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies and incorporate relevant trends and best practices into training materials.
- **Support & Mentorship**: Offer ongoing support to participants, helping them navigate challenges and encouraging their development in AI/ML.
- **Collaboration**: Work with cross-functional teams to customize training programs that align with organizational goals and specific project needs.
- **Documentation**: Maintain thorough documentation of training materials, participant progress, and program effectiveness.
