**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Welcome and attend to walk-in customers at the showroom.
- Understand customer needs and explain available vehicle models, features, and offers.
- Assist customers in vehicle selection, test drives, and completing the purchase process.
- Coordinate with the sales and finance teams to ensure smooth transactions.
- Maintain showroom hygiene and proper display of vehicles and promotional materials.
- Keep accurate records of customer data and feedback.
- Achieve monthly sales and customer service targets.
- Ensure timely delivery and post-sale follow-up to enhance customer satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Qualification: Plus Two / Graduate (any stream).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Presentable and customer-focused attitude.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
- Freshers can apply; experience in automobile or retail sales is an added advantage.
