**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Lead the design and implementation of infrastructure solutions to support business operations.
- Oversee the management and maintenance of mobile devices using Mobile Device Management tools.
- Provide expertise in Desktop Management
- SCCM to ensure efficient deployment and management of desktop environments.
- Implement and manage Device Management Intune for seamless device integration and security.
- Oversee Desktop Management
- MAC to ensure optimal performance and user experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align infrastructure solutions with business needs.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in infrastructure management.
- Develop and maintain documentation for infrastructure processes and procedures.
- Monitor infrastructure performance and implement improvements as needed.
- Provide technical support and guidance to team members and stakeholders.
- Conduct regular assessments of infrastructure to identify areas for improvement.
- Implement security measures to protect company data and assets.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in infrastructure management.

**Qualifications**
- Possess extensive experience in Mobile Device Management.
- Demonstrate expertise in Desktop Management
- SCCM.
- Have strong knowledge of Device Management Intune.
- Show proficiency in Desktop Management
- MAC.
- Exhibit excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Have strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Hold a relevant certification such as Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate.

**Certifications Required**
- Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate or equivalent certification.
