Assembly Operator

**Job Brief**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Install electrical wiring harnesses, lighting fixtures, control units, and other electrical components in vehicles according to specifications and assembly instructions.
- Connect electrical components to power sources and integrate them with vehicle systems.
- Conduct functional tests on electrical systems and lighting components to ensure proper operation.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues, including wiring problems, faulty components, and connectivity issues.
- Use diagnostic tools and equipment to identify and rectify electrical faults.
- Inspect installed electrical systems and lighting components to ensure they meet safety standards and manufacturer specifications.
- Perform quality assurance checks and adhere to company and industry standards.
- Document and report any defects, deviations, or non-conformities found during inspections.
- Maintain accurate records of installations, tests, and repairs performed.
- Complete assembly and inspection logs, quality assurance forms, and other required documentation.
- Report progress, issues, and suggestions for improvement to the Assembly Supervisor.
- Ensure work area is clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
- Perform routine maintenance on tools and equipment used in electrical and lighting installations.

**Requirements and Skills**:

- Education: 10th/12th/ITI/ Diploma
- Knowledge of basic safety rules and precautionary measures (safety gear will be provided)
- Good communication and teamwork skills

**Additional Information**:

- This is a full-time position based at Bawal, Haryana, India
- Gross Salary will be Rs.14200 per month
- Medical (First Aid/Insurance and ESIC] will be provided by company
- Canteen will be available at subsidised rate of 1,000 - 1,200/- per month
- Room on rent will be available at subsidised rate of 500/- per month
- Free Government NAPS training certificate will be awarded after 1 year
- Working hours will be 8 hours

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹142,000.00 per month
