We are currently seeking a Chief Architect to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

Job Duties: Job Title: Innovation and Architecture CoE Lead
Location: Pune, India
Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the architecture group of Data architecture to define and drive new technology adoption, develop tools and accelerators, and offer perspectives on new modern data stack tools and architecture to help clients reduce decision fatigue.
- Develop and implement cloud data warehouse migration accelerators and data marketplace apps to enhance the organization's offerings and reduce costs.
- Partner with various vendors in the modern data ecosystem for Snowflake and Databricks to lead pre-sales activities, focusing on addressing client needs and offering best-in-class tools and integration options.
- Oversee the development and management of distributed big-data architectures and reference architectures for various industries, including healthcare and retail.
- Drive digital transformation initiatives, migrating legacy systems to modern, scalable architectures using cloud and open-source technologies.
- Promote a culture of innovation and agility, driving the adoption of new technologies and Agile development processes.
- Lead large, multi-cultural, multi-site teams, ensuring operational excellence and continuous cost reduction through process automation and optimization.

Minimum Skills Required: Key Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 15-20 years of experience in technology and management roles, such as Engineering Head, Innovation Lead, and Solution Architect.
- Deep expertise in designing, developing, and managing distributed big-data architectures. Including but not limited to ,
- Onprem legacy stack like Teradata/Netezza etc
- Cloud stack of Snowflake and Databricks
- Modern data stack tools like Informatica, Fivetran, Matillion, DBT etc
- Visualization tools like PowerBI, ThoughtSpot etc
- Proven track record of leading digital transformation initiatives and driving technology adoption.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing large, multi-cultural, multi-site teams.
- Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with cloud technologies, open-source tools, and Agile development processes.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Prior project experiences:

- Successfully led the development of project related to big data stacks such as, Hadoop, Snowflake, Databricks
- Data management project experience esp on the data governance, data quality, MDM, dataOps MLOps etc
- Data Visualization project implementation would be an added plus
- Proven RoI related to certain innovative ideal implementation
- Experience with presenting at Tech conferences

Certifications:

- Cloud computing fundamentals (eg, Auzre Fundamental, AWS Fundamentals)
- Cloud data warehouse certification for Snowflake Databricks with atleast one advance architect level certification.
- AI and Gen AI certification of atleast one of the hyperscalars
