Hinglish Script Writer

This role requires somebody who is passionate about content, content flow & scripting along with dialogues (or pointers, as per relevancy) for each video narrative for various platforms - YouTube (primarily), Social Media, Ads, Promotional Videos etc. Should be curious to learn more about it’s capacity to reach more people and impact lives. We are seeking a proactive individual who can coordinate with multiple teams for Youtube Channels assigned to him/her.

Role & Responsibilities:

1. You have a high sense of
**_ownership _**and responsibility towards any task in hand
- 2. You have
**_basic understanding of the Health-tech industry_** and adapt to any changes that might come unannounced since Youtube audience changes based on seasonality.
- 3. You have a high aspiration to grow a Youtube channel and based on your audience’s demand, come up with deliverable scripts & content. Aim should be to make the videos high ranking & reach as many target audience as possible.
- 4.
**_Stakeholder Management_** - You are an excellent coordinator with various stakeholder
- 5. You have a constant
**_eagerness to research_** the industry and implement best practices whenever necessary
- 6.
**_Attention to detail and promptness_** in the given task.
- 7. Discussion & engaging on
**_creative ideas_** with SEO (w.r.t KW analysis & Search Volume Results), Program Managers & Content Creators (Presentors) for better performance of the channel/s.
- 8. Ensure to get the best possible outcome of each video with
**_best possible CTR, Views, Watch Hours and Revenue_**
- 9
**_. Increasing traffic_** to the channel and other content by using
**_effective keywords_**
- 10. Should be able to
**_multitask_**
**Required Qualifications & Skills:
- **
1.Building a
**_engaging_** &
**cohesive narration** keeping in mind the target audience
- 2.Writing dialogues & narrative
**_for each content creator_** (Presentor) based on their
**_personality, lingo_**
- 3.Reviewing & revising scripts/ Content/ Narration to
**_ensure brand values & uniformity_**.
- 4.Creating & maintaining
**_documentation of all drafts_**, modifications & revisions during the writing process.
**_ 5.Communication_** with the production team
**_regarding script changes_** during the production.
- 6.Reviewing and approving all aspects of the script for
**_compliance with industry standards._**
- 7.Should have
**_prior experience in creative writing/ journalism/ YT / films/ TV shows / web series etc_**
- 8.Should be
**_proficient in Hinglish (Reading, Writing & Speech)_**
**_ 9.Proficiency in other languages_** - Kannada, Tamil, Telegu, Malayalam, Marathi are
**_added bonus_**

- 11.Excellent
**_Time Management Skills to meet deadlines_** for each & every project
- 12.Capitalize
**_trends & seasonality_**
**_ 13. Compulsory script writer experience for Youtube._**
**Preferred**:
- 0 - 1 Years in copywriting/ content writing/ script writing
- 0 - 1 Years in writing YT screenplay/ Webseries/ TV Shows etc
