Key Responsibilities
- Conducting in-depth research on given topics in order to develop the original content for the requirement.
- Developing content for blogs, articles, product descriptions, social media and the company website.
- Assisting the marketing team in developing content for the advertising campaigns.
- Proofreading content for errors and inconsistencies before posting or publishing the same.
- Editing and polishing existing content to improve readability.
- Creating compelling headlines and body copy that will capture the attention of the target audience.
- Identifying customers’ needs and recommending new content to address gaps in the company's current content.
- Ensure the quality of content by making sure that there is no fall in the website content ranking.

General Responsibilities
- Ensure the less number of files are reworked and minimize the time taken for the revisions.
- Responsible to follow editorial guidelines when creating content.
- Ensure all-around consistency (styles, fonts, images, and tone).
- Collaborate with other departments to create innovative content ideas.
- Submit the work to the manager/editor for input and approval.
- Responsible to follow the code of conduct and company policies.
- Make sure that you complete the tasks as per the process and steps mentioned in Standard Operating Process. (SOP)
- Ensure the completion of tasks/targets on a daily basis as instructed by the managers.
- Be part of training programs to enhance your Knowledge and skills.
- Present innovative ideas to the seniors which can enhance the output or working pattern.

Key Skills
- Excellent writing skills, as well as the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively.
- The ability to consistently meet deadlines.
- Experience using WordPress and/or other Content Management systems.

Requirements Education
- Degree in communication, marketing, language course, journalism, or related field.
- Content writing or copywriting experience.

**Salary**: ₹16,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- Content writing: 1 year (preferred)
