The Fitness Counselor at Diet N Fit Studio will be responsible for providing professional fitness counseling to clients, recommending appropriate fitness programs and packages, and driving sales. This role involves understanding the specific needs and goals of clients and ensuring they receive the most suitable fitness services.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Assessment**:

- Conduct one-on-one consultations with clients to understand their fitness goals, health conditions, and preferences.
- Develop personalized fitness plans based on client needs and studio offerings.
- **Counseling & Guidance**:

- Educate clients on the benefits of various fitness programs, including yoga, Zumba, and Sci-Fi themed workouts.
- Advise clients on diet and lifestyle changes that complement their fitness routines.
- Provide ongoing support and motivation to clients, helping them to stay on track with their fitness goals.
- **Sales & Promotion**:

- Recommend suitable packages and ongoing offers to clients.
- Handle the sales process, including package renewals and upgrades.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets for fitness programs and packages.
- **Client Relationship Management**:

- Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high satisfaction and retention rates.
- Address any concerns or issues promptly and effectively.
- Collect and analyze client feedback to improve services.
- **Record Keeping**:

- Maintain accurate records of client consultations, assessments, and progress.
- Keep track of sales and report them to the management team.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with fitness instructors, nutritionists, and other team members to provide a holistic approach to client wellness.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of new programs and services.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**:

- Bachelor's degree in Physical Education, Exercise Science, or a related field is preferred.
- **Experience**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in fitness counseling, personal training, or a related role.
- Proven track record in sales and client management.
- **Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of fitness programs, nutrition, and lifestyle management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire clients.
- Sales-driven mindset with the ability to meet and exceed targets.
- Proficient in using fitness software and tools for client management.
