- Strong knowledge of cosmetic formulations & processes
- Hands-on experience in production planning & execution
- Team management & cross-department coordination
- Adherence to quality, safety, and regulatory standards

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee end-to-end production operations (bulk, filling & packaging)
- Ensure optimum utilization of resources for cost-effective production
- Maintain compliance with GMP, safety, and quality standards
- Lead and train production staff for efficiency & accuracy
- Monitor daily production targets and troubleshoot operational issues

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
