- Handle incoming calls from customers regarding inquiries, issues, and support for the hotel management software.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns, resolving problems, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Understand and effectively communicate information about the hotel management software, its features, and functionality.
- Document and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
- Competitive commission structure or incentive program based on sales performance.
