Involvement in supporting key PR programs: support for creative content, ideas, report launches, news announcements and fortnightly calls helping to build and execute the comms strategy.
- Maintain the media tracking document daily with coverage across the key business units, Global Service Lines, and sectors. Build coverage reports each quarter.
- Support key spokespeople with briefing documents to prepare for press interviews.
- Liaise with local PR managers in countries to keep them informed of upcoming content they can leverage and facilitate Group approvals of materials.
- Upload key press materials (such as press releases) to our website and press distribution platform.
- Liaise with the PR agency to co-ordinate and support key PR programs and drive results.
- University degree in journalism, media studies or related qualification.
- A cross-cultural background.

**Primary Skills**:

- Write and edit news alerts, press releases, and compile weekly newsletter.
- Maintain the Influencer Tracking List, as well as other key lists for media monitoring and country network distribution.

**Secondary Skills**:

- Ability to manage more than one project at a time working under tight deadlines.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and MS PowerPoint.
