We have huge openings for Customer Care Executive

Roles and Responsibility:

- Handle customers and vendor requests, external communication with them.
- Assist customer on their enquiries over telephone.
- Develops, justifies and successfully executes strategic operating plans.
- Take ownership of customer issues and resolve them accordingly to defined priority & severity levels.
- Provide internal and external customers with guidance, advise on product usage, solutions and optimization.

Must have good English knowledge.

Schedule:

- Flexible shift
- Night shift
- Rotational shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Jaipur, Rajasthan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Technical support: 1 year (preferred)
- total work: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Hindi (preferred)
