Responsibilities and Duties: (Sales Support, preferred with Jewelry experience)

1. Collaborate with the business intelligence team to enhance dashboards and data capabilities for improved sales performance insights and strategy guidance. Closely monitor the sales strategy and ensure steady sales development to meet revenue targets.

2. Ensure that the sales team is aligned with goals and strategies, regularly communicate sales tactics and management directives to achieve sustainable sales growth.

3. Encourage the sales team to meet their targets by regularly monitoring their performance through a dashboard. Conduct monthly and quarterly reviews and update the management on any gaps.

4. Evaluate your sales team's performance regularly, use data analysis to suggest improvements, mentor and develop team members, and promote a culture of high performance, motivation, and continuous learning.

5. Conduct thorough analysis of market trends, customer behavior and sales data to identify opportunities for growth and efficiency. Lead projects to ensure integration across product development, marketing campaigns, and sales strategies.

6. Foster a supportive team environment that promotes both innovation and operational excellence. Work closely with product development, marketing, and other departments to establish a unified strategy for successful market penetration and sales.

7. Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the jewelry market and utilize effective sales strategies based on thorough market research and analysis of the competition.

8. Accompany the sales team during travel to meet customer needs and handle any problems to ensure customer satisfaction. Provide practical solutions to internal and external problems encountered by sales teams.

9. Please ensure that the sales team has all the necessary resources, tools, and training required to perform their duties efficiently.

**Salary**: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
