**Job Description**:
Join our Operations team, providing vital support to research teams worldwide, enabling them to offer quality consultancy. As part of the Scripting team, you will ensure accurate and innovative research solutions throughout the company.
Our 12-month graduate program offers technical scripting training, on-the-job coaching, and support from our People Experience & Development team. An opportunity to progress in the role will be available at the programme, based on performance.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide scripting services, supporting client relationships
- Script questionnaires accurately and promptly using specialized software
- Test survey logic for error-free functionality
- Manage workload, meet deadlines, and maintain high standards
- Maintain meticulous record administration
- Deliver accurate and timely reporting

**Program Inclusions**:

- Gain insights into market research workflow
- Understand online survey mechanisms and questionnaire management
- Develop logical and programming skills
- Learn web design coding (HTML, CSS, JavaScript/jQuery)
- Training in creating online surveys using Gryphon (Python)
- Familiarize with scripting best practices

**Qualifications**:
**Technical Skills**:

- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Familiarity with computer languages (e.g., C, C++, C#, Python, Java) and web-design coding (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript/jQuery)
- High proficiency in MS Office

**Behavioral** Skills**:

- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong logical problem-solving skills
- Effective communication, particularly in explaining technical concepts to non-technical individuals

- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
