**Role: Accounts Executive**

Role Define

Accountant is responsible for a wide variety of finance-related tasks that are primarily associated with preparing financial records. These tasks oftentimes include computing taxes and preparing tax returns, organizing and maintaining financial records, and ensuring statements are accurate.

Responsibility Deliverable
- Book keeping
- Auditing Financial Records
- GST Filling
- PO & Quotation Preparation
- Stock Maintenance
- Payment Collection
- Financial Reports Preparation
- Appointment Formalities
- Attendance Maintenance
- Operations Management

Tasks & Activities

Book Keeping:

- Maintaining all financial data in Tally software correctly
- Maintaining the general ledger and accounts / bank reconciliations

Auditing Financial Records:

- Periodically auditing the purchase and sales data
- Auditing company statutory expenses
- Auditing travelling conveyance and other employee related expenses

GST Return Filling:

- Filing of GST monthly before due dates
- Verification of vendor’s GST before making any payment and checking their financial stability
- Input credit verification

PO & Quotation:

- Responsible to prepare purchase orders for material procurement
- Responsible to prepare quotations for the sales teams as per their requirements
- Regularly do the material auditing to have control upon cost

Measurement Metrics
- Hard skill Evaluation: Competency with numbers, financial data entry, research, analysis, computer proficiency and problem solving
- Soft Skill Evaluation: Strong time management, attention to details, accuracy, planning skills, ability to self-motivate, team work and confidentiality.

**Salary**: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Banashakari 2nd Stage, Bengaluru - 560070, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (required)

**Experience**:

- Taxation: 2 years (preferred)
- total work: 3 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

License/Certification:

- Tally (preferred)
