Provide support to end user for ERP, HRMS, LIMS and Plant Maintenance Module.
- Creating Master Data in ERP, HRMS, LIMS and Plant Maintenance Module.
- Maintain data integrity.
- Monitoring and Maintaining the computer systems and networks within an organization in a technical support role. If there are any issues occurred in business process management software’s. You’ll be the first person to be contacted.
- Tasks can include installing and configuring Software’s, diagnosing faults and solving technical problems, either over the phone or face to face.
- Most importantly, as businesses cannot afford to be without the whole system, or individual workstations, for more than the minimum time taken to resolve the problem, your technical support is vital to the ongoing operational efficiency of the company.

**Salary**: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
