**Responsibilities**:

- Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to customers, understanding their needs, and resolving issues effectively.
- Collaborate with team members to gather information and escalate complex queries to the appropriate department.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Follow company guidelines and procedures to ensure consistent service delivery.
- Upsell and cross-sell products or services when appropriate.
- Stay updated with product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers.
- Assist in creating and maintaining a knowledge base of frequently asked questions and their solutions.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum HSC (High School) qualification. Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
- Good typing speed with high accuracy.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.

**Working Conditions**:

- Rotational shifts, including day and night shifts, as per the schedule.
- 1 rotational week off per month.
- Centralized pick-up and drop facility provided by the company.

**Salary**: ₹14,000.00 - ₹17,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Thane, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
