**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:
1) Coordinate and supervise the installation, maintenance, and repair of piping systems according to project specifications and safety standards.

2) Good knowledge in all types of plan,observation skill

3) Manage erection work, including the assembly and installation of structural components, ensuring compliance with engineering drawings and regulations.

4) Plan and schedule daily activities, assign tasks to construction workers, and monitor progress to ensure project milestones are met.

5) Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues or hazards and implement corrective actions as needed to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.

6) Collaborate with contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to resolve technical challenges, address design modifications, and ensure smooth project execution.

7) Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, including daily reports, progress logs, and quality control records, to track project performance and compliance with contractual requirements.

8) Provide guidance and support to construction crew members, offering training and mentoring to enhance their skills and productivity.

9) Communicate effectively with project managers, engineers, and clients to provide updates on project status, address concerns, and facilitate timely decision-making.

10) Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety protocols, quality standards, and budgetary guidelines, to uphold organizational values and achieve project objectives.

11) Perform any other duties as assigned by management to support the successful completion of construction projects.

Qualification

Btech/Diploma

3 year experience

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Rotational shift
