Videographer/editor

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the digital marketing team to understand project requirements and objectives.
- participate in brainstorming sessions to develop concepts and shoot lists.
- Scout locations and assess lighting conditions for shoots.
- Arrange necessary equipment, including cameras, lenses, lighting, and audio gear.
- Capture high-quality footage according to the established shot list and creative vision.
- Direct talent and provide guidance for optimal performance.
- Monitor audio levels and ensure clear sound recording.
- Edit footage to tell a cohesive story, following the project's creative direction.
- Perform basic video editing tasks such as trimming, cutting, and sequencing clips.
- Color correction and grading to achieve a consistent look and feel.
- Add music, sound effects, and graphics as needed.
- Sync audio tracks and mix sound elements for clarity and impact.
- Collaborate with other team members, to achieve the desired aesthetic.
- Review and incorporate feedback from other team members
- Ensure the final product meets technical specifications and quality standards.
- Exceptional organizational skills to plan and execute multiple photoshoots and video projects.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for conducting interviews and capturing genuine emotions.

**Requirements**:

- In the first 6 months you will be given a schedule of digital marketing calendar. You have to work according to the calendar.
- you have to work on the context creation - discussions with relevant team and finalize on the content
- You have to constantly create contents for instagram and youtube according to the requirements of company (like customer engaging videos, emotional storytelling videos, entertaining videos, informative videos)

**Qualifications**:

- Any degree relevant to Film Production, Cinematography, Digital Media, Broadcasting, or related fields preferred.
- Demonstrated expertise in operating professional video cameras, DSLRs, and filming equipment. Proficient in industry-standard video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Proven experience in videography and video editing, supported by a comprehensive portfolio showcasing diverse projects. Prior work in commercials, documentaries, corporate videos, or short films is desirable.
- Strong creative vision and storytelling skills with meticulous attention to detail in both filming and editing processes. Ability to think creatively and problem-solve effectively.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members. Capable of receiving and providing constructive feedback while contributing innovative ideas.
- Demonstrated commitment to staying updated with industry trends, technologies, and techniques through ongoing professional development and self-directed learning initiatives.
- Willingness to adapt to evolving industry standards and embrace new tools and workflows.

**Eligibility Criteria**:
1. Willing to **travel to site**, will be often visiting our projects in and around Hyderabad (may have to visit other cities in India in future if required) to shoot required footage of company projects and team activities for social media platforms (travel allowance is provided)

2. **Working Days**: The standard work schedule is six days a week. Sunday is week off which might alter based on business needs(have to be adhered)

3. **Language**: Proficiency in Telugu communication is a must. (will be handling majorly Telugu clients in Hyderabad, basic Hindi is manageable, but English fluency is very much required)

4. Must be **experienced in videography and video editing **for social media platforms(will need contents for all social media platforms)

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
